How can I further increase my PL for where I am at?
I have completed Canny Valley SSD2 along with all of the main quests that lead up to it, I use all my survivor XP and I made my squads the best they can be, but I am only PL 42 and want to do higher PL missions for the hero quests. Do I just have to keep playing missions until I can upgrade whatever I need to upgrade?
